DREAM SOFTWARE AGENCY LTD was founded in 2016 with a clear vision: to simplify the way people interact with their homes. As smart devices began entering households at a rapid pace, we noticed a growing problem. Homeowners were drowning in complexity instead of enjoying the convenience that technology promised.
Our founding team, with backgrounds in cloud architecture, embedded systems, and energy engineering, set out to build a unified platform. We wanted a single dashboard where every device talks to every other device, where energy data flows into clear visual reports, and where users can take action with a single tap regardless of the manufacturer behind each gadget.
Over the years, we refined our platform through direct feedback from Canadian users. Canada became our primary market because of its unique energy landscape: long winters that demand efficient heating, a growing solar adoption rate, and progressive utility companies open to digital integration.
